Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing Laurel Street for your unique handmade-to-order jewelry. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. We do not offer refunds. We may offer exchanges on a case by case basis. If an item is damaged as a result of quality or craftsmanship, customers must e-mail their concern within 10 days of receiving items for an exchange or repair. Items mailed back for exchange must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Laurel Street reserves the right to refuse any exchange where the product returned is not in its original condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

  • Handmade-to-order products are considered final and non-refundable.
  • Exchanges are provided in cases of defective or damaged items.
  • Unique situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis for return.

  • Customers must e-mail their concern within 10 days of receiving items for an exchange or repair.

• Initiating a Return:
  • To initiate a return, please email info@laurelstreetshop.com with your order number, item details, and the reason for the return.
  • Upon approval, you will receive an email confirming the return and further instructions.

• Return/Exchange Process:
  • Ensure the item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Returns are processed within 5 business days upon receiving the item.
  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

• Refund Processing:
  • For unique situations, refunds are processed within 5 business days, contingent on your banking institution and the original payment method.

Note: We appreciate your understanding that handmade-to-order products involve a meticulous crafting process, and therefore, refunds are not standard. We strive to provide a positive experience and handle returns with care.
